Yes, absolutely. Take any equipment, props or gear you need to bring your project to life! You are welcome to the amenities we have available but have no obligation to use them.

Yes, you can reschedule! We just ask that you give 48 hour’s notice.

Yes, we collect a 30% non-refundable deposit on all bookings. The remaining balance is paid on session day. Should you need to cancel or change your session date, the deposit you paid can be re-distributed as a credit toward the future session.

Nope! If you booked a photography session with us, there is no fee for use of the studio during that session.

Your first payment will be charged the day you sign up and recurring monthly payment are charged on the first of each month during your membership period. Annual members pay their one payment at time of sign up and can renew annually.

Additional booked sessions beyond what is included in your membership are charged on a session-by-session basis.

No, you are unable to carry your included monthly session hours to the next month. If you are away during your membership period, send us a message and we can try to work something out.

Furry friends are welcome! Please just let us know beforehand. The Studio has a sizeable (not fenced) yard should your companion need a break.

Yes, you can bring any food or drinks into the studio with you! We just ask that folks tidy up afterward if need be. We also have complementary beverages available for you.

Yes, you can control the room temperature using the remote for the heat pump by the coffee bar. Feel free to adjust it however you need to.

Smoking and use of e-cigarettes or vapes is not permitted inside the studio, please do so outside. If you wish to use smoke machines for your creative project, just give us a shout in advance!

The Studio is located on a wooded property with no visible neighbours. A Studio 224 staff may be on site to greet you but will never re-enter the studio space for the duration of your booking unless you reach out and request their assistance. The Studio also has plenty of curtains should you wish to cover the windows.

Aside from the private and friendly neighbourhood, The Studio has a smart lock that you can use to secure the space should you step out or leave during your session. The Studio 224 office is on the second level, so a staff member will always be at the property during a booking.

Yes, however we ask that dirty outdoor footwear be left by the door to prevent any possible staining on rugs, hides, and concrete flooring. Plus, who doesn’t love a good studio slipper?

Yes, the tap water is drinkable. We are on a filtered well and septic system. That being said, please refrain from flushing anything other than toilet paper. Thank you!
